1. Joshua Dobbs will be the first Tennessee quarterback to start every game since 2012 and his statistics will benefit greatly from a consistent place as the top quarterback on roster. Many have talked about Dobbs as a sleeper Heisman candidate and if he stays healthy all season that isn't out of the question.
2. The Vol's pass rush will generate over 40 sacks this season. Along with returning studs Derek Barnett and Curt Maggitt, Tennessee brought in highly rated defensive linemen in Kahlil McKenzie, Kyle Phillips, and Shy Tuttle who will all cause major disruptions to opposing backfields. Tennessee has a great chance to lead the SEC in sacks.
